Wayne Creech, Inc. was formed in 1994 as a Real Estate marketing and rental management company.  Our heavy involvement in marketing new home communities made our expansion into home construction a natural move a few years later.

We strive to maintain quality and value in our homes by a “hands on” approach throughout the construction process.  By keeping our own personnel on the job site, we are able to ensure that all materials used and all work performed meet our tough standards.

WCI has developed a long time, ongoing relationship with some of the areas finest craftsmen and suppliers.  Many of our sub-contractors have worked on every home we have built since the beginning.  Though we do try to give our buyers the best value possible, we do not put our homes out to bid, searching for the lowest prices for materials and sub-contractors.  We instead rely on suppliers and professionals that we know and trust to provide us with top quality work and materials at fair prices.

It is our goal as a company to build homes that will make us proud, but more importantly, make you a proud homeowner.
